The instrument features a finely adjustable film applicator that is driven by a smoothly moving push rod at a constant speed, ensuring uniform slurry deposition onto the substrate. This equipment is particularly suited for producing battery electrodes, as it helps achieve consistent density of the positive and negative active materials across all areas of the electrode sheet.
