Energy Saving Feedback Battery Capacity Grading Machine is mainly used to detect whether the parameters such as cell capacity, magnification and cycle times meet the use requirements.
System working principle:
When the battery is charging, the bi-directional power supply converts the AC power to 12V DC power, and the charging control and detection of the battery is realized through the constant current board; when the battery is discharging, the process is the opposite of charging, first the battery voltage is raised to 12V through the constant current board. When the battery is discharged, the process is the opposite of charging, first the battery voltage is raised to 12V through the constant current board, and then the DC power is transformed into AC power through the bi-directional power supply and fed directly into the AC distribution network of the factory, thus realizing the energy return of the battery discharge power.
Significant power saving effect:
The power consumption during charging is more than 40% less than that of traditional equipment, with a comprehensive power saving rate of more than 60% and power saving of more than 60%, which saves a lot of cost for battery manufacturers.
