Product Description
The machine adopts 8-wheel drive, with dual side pressure wheels and strong power, high precision. The belt feeding system can ensure no damage to the surface of the wire. It is widely used in the processing of military products, medical equipment, communication cables, power cables, sheathed wires, and soft and hard wires.
Features
- The pressure of the incoming and outgoing wheels can be directly set in the program without the need to manually adjust the pressure of the wheels. The outgoing wheel also has the function of automatically lifting, which can automatically lift up during wire stripping to avoid obstacles, greatly increasing the range of wire stripping lengths. The height of the outgoing wheel lift can also be directly set in the program.
- The color touch screen interface is intuitive and easy to understand, requiring only simple training to operate the machine quickly. The machine also has a three-layer stripping program, which can strip in three layers, or up to three times when the stripping length is longer. It provides 200 sets of program memory functions, allowing different processing parameters of wires to be stored in different program numbers.
- Optional accessories include wire separating fixtures, cutting fixtures, and inkjet printers.
