Product Description
The ACEY-ASM18650 is an automatic 18650 battery PVC film removal machine designed to remove the outer PVC or PE sleeve from 18650 cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells. It is suitable for battery pack manufacturers, battery recycling operations, cell processing facilities, and lithium battery production lines that need to process large quantities of cylindrical cells.
The machine uses an automatic hopper feeding system, servo-controlled cell rotation and positioning, and a controlled heating process to soften and remove the outer film. After stripping, pneumatic finger cylinders collect the film waste from both ends of the battery cells, while a conveyor belt automatically transfers the processed cells to the next stage.
With a 30 PPM stripping speed and a hopper capacity of approximately 400 pieces of 18650 cells, the machine reduces manual peeling work and provides a more consistent process for high-volume battery cell handling.
The automatic battery film removal machine can also be integrated into a cylindrical battery pack assembly or cell processing line according to the customer's production requirements.
