The battery pack BMS test system is mainly used to test various functional indicators of the lithium-ion battery BMS, evaluate whether the various parameters are within the design range, and then judge whether the BMS are qualified and usable.

 

Features:

1. With BMS short-circuit protection test function, it refers to the real short-circuit protection test, microsecond level.

 

2. It has a single string self-consumption current test function, which refers to the cell current consumed by each string protection board.

 

3. It has balanced current and balanced voltage test functions, can accurately test the balanced current and balanced voltage.

 

4. The battery BMS tester can select the test mode. In the quick test mode, the upper limit and lower limit of each test item can be set, and it only displays whether the test item is qualified or unqualified.

 

5. The battery pack BMS testing machine can select the test mode. In the precise test mode, the step voltage of the protection voltage and the step current of the over-discharge current can be set. Test the exact value of each test item in detail and determine whether the test value is within the range of the set parameters.
