Products Description

Battery cell capacity grading machine is used to test capacity, charging and discharging of single battery, to achieve the consistency of battery cells.

The equipment is connected and controlled by a computer to send commands and collect data; the keyboard can manually operate the equipment to display parameters and status; the constant current board is commanded by the CPU and has constant current and constant voltage functions; when the battery is charged, the two-way power supply converts alternating current to 14V Direct current, through the constant current board to realize the charging control and detection of the battery; when the battery is discharged, the process is opposite to the charging process. First, the battery voltage is raised to 15V through the constant current board, and then the two-way power supply converts the direct current into alternating current and feeds it directly. into the AC power distribution network of the factory, thus realizing the energy feedback of battery discharge electric energy.

Working Principle and Features

The capacity sorting of Li-ion battery is screened by the cell capacity grading cabinet, the function of the cell capacity grading cabinet is similar to the charger, except that it can charge and discharge a large number of batteries at the same time.

Lithium batteries are managed by computer to get the data of each testing point, so as to analyze the size of these batteries' capacity and internal resistance and other data to determine the quality level of the batteries, and this process is capacity sorting.
