ACEY-BCT520-256 is a 5V 20A 256-channel lifepo4 battery capacity tester designed for high-volume battery cell testing, capacity grading and charge-discharge performance evaluation.
The system supports cylindrical cells, including battery formats such as 32140, 33140. With 256 independently controlled test channels, multiple cells can be tested simultaneously according to different charging and discharging programs.
The battery capacity tester provides programmable constant-current and constant-voltage charging and constant-current discharging. Test data such as voltage, current and capacity can be monitored and recorded through computer software for battery performance analysis and cell grading.
