The ACEY-PAL-UAV is a semi-automatic battery pack assembly line designed for the manufacturing of high-performance lithium polymer (LiPo) battery packs for drones and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), including FPV drones, commercial UAVs, industrial drones, and other unmanned aerial systems.
The comprehensive solution encompasses cell capacity grading, voltage and internal resistance sorting, tab cutting, tab welding, BMS testing, pack comprehensive testing, and charge-discharge aging.
