Insulation Paper Sticking Machine

The ACEY-BS01 Automatic Battery Sticking Machine is designed for applying fish paper, highland barley paper or PVC insulation pads onto the positive or negative terminals of cylindrical lithium battery cells. It supports 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650 and 32700 batteries, providing high-speed, accurate and consistent insulation paper application for battery pack manufacturing lines.

Equipped with PLC control, servo positioning and an intuitive touch-screen interface, the machine delivers stable operation, fast changeover and excellent production efficiency. It is widely used in EV battery packs, energy storage batteries, power tool batteries and customized lithium battery production. Insulation paper plays a critical role during battery pack assembly by preventing electrical short circuits between adjacent battery cells and conductive components.
