Designed for cylindrical lithium-ion cells such as 18650, 21700, 26650, 32700 and other cell formats, the battery pack assembly line can be configured according to the required battery pack structure, production capacity, automation level, and testing requirements.
The complete lithium battery pack production process typically starts with individual cell testing and capacity grading. Qualified cells are automatically sorted according to voltage and internal resistance before entering the insulation and polarity inspection processes. After cell arrangement, nickel strips are welded to connect the cells and form the battery pack. The assembled pack then undergoes BMS testing, comprehensive electrical testing, heat-shrink packaging, coding, and final quality inspection.
