18650 Automatic Battery PVC PE Sleeve Stripping Removing Machine

This automated sleeve film stripping machine is engineered for the complete removal of PE/PVC films from 18650 cylindrical batteries. The machine incorporates a rotating hopper for autonomous feeding and a conveyor belt for continuous discharge. Operating fully automatically, it carries out sequential functions including hopper unloading, cell alignment, film stripping, scrap collection, and final battery unloading, with only the final packing into boxes performed manually. A servo motor serves as the core drive component, ensuring precise rotation and positioning of each battery during processing. The stripping process employs controlled thermal radiation to soften and detach the film. Waste material is gathered from both ends of the cells by pneumatic grippers and channeled into a dedicated, environmentally compliant recycling system. The processed batteries are automatically transferred out via conveyor belt upon completion.
