Battery Labeler Operation

 

1. Ensure that all of the components for the labeling process are in place, including stickers, labels, and adhesives.

2. Place the item to be labeled onto the labeler's conveyor belt and adjust any controls to ensure it is properly centered on the belt.

3. Activate the labeler, making sure to follow all safety precautions.

4. Feed the label into the labeler according to the instructions provided in the user manual and adjust any settings as required (e.g., speed).

5. Observe how the labeler applies adhesive and labels to ensure that they are correctly placed on each item being labeled.

6. If necessary, adjust any settings on the machine to ensure accurate placement of labels and adhesive on each item being labeled.

7. Once labeling is complete, remove each item from the machine and inspect for accuracy before packaging and shipping out to customers.
