1. Daily Maintenance
Clean up the splashes on the working table and panel with dry cloth every shift.
Clean the punching knife in time during work
Replace the severely worn out punching knife in time
Turn off the power at the end of the shift.
2. Weekly maintenance
Focus on cleaning and wiping the splashes on the table surface, punching tool and panel.
Quarterly maintenance
Open the cover to all moving parts with 0 grease (not more)
3. Half year maintenance
Open the door of the machine and grease the following parts:
Guide gauge moving parts
Screw moving parts
Weld head guide shaft assembly
