ACEY-ASM-1 cylindrical cell sleeving machine adopts the whole box automatic feeding method. After the equipment is reset and started, it will continue to run automatically. During the intermittent motion stop section, the cells are positioned by the cylinder positioning clamp, and the heat shrink tubes are automatically put on the cells through the servo feeding system.

1. The whole box of cells is placed into the automatic feeding mechanism.
2. With automatic material collection rack, can automatically collect materials.
3. Machine photoelectric sensor online detection (detect whether there is a cell).
4. Automatic memory of vacant parts.
5. Automatically apply heat shrink tube, automatically punch insulation gaskets and put them on the cells, automatically heat shrink, automatically count and display.
6. The heat shrink tube feeding adopts servo control, with high feeding accuracy and color mark sensor , which can be used for color labels or solid color labels.
7. The fan adopts hot air internal circulation mode, the temperature is automatically adjusted, and the temperature difference is low.
8. The cells automatically rotate when they enter the heat shrinking furnace to ensure uniform shrinkage and good roundness.
9. The cells stay in the furnace for a short time and does not affect the performance of the thermistor PTC.
10. The speed of the cells conveyor belt is adjustable and can be adjusted at different speeds.

The cutting length accuracy is within ±0.3MM

2. The length of the hot air furnace is 1000MM , and the temperature and speed are adjusted (about 25-250 degrees ) .
