4. When loading the battery to be sorted into the feeding box, try to ensure that the positive and negative directions of all batteries are consistent: when the battery in the receiving box is about to be full, remove the battery in time.
5. When the machine is running, do not put your hands into the battery sorting track to avoid pinching your fingers.
6. When the equipment is running abnormal or stop for no reason, you should first press the emergency stop button, and then check the abnormal situation of the equipment, after troubleshooting, to release the emergency stop button, so that the manipulator returns to the origin, the system is in a suspended state, and then press the start green button to restore the system to automatic operation, if the system can not run can press the system reset button to restore normal working state.
7. When the battery sorting of a certain model is completed to the alarm of no material, you can long press the green to start for 3 seconds to empty the material, or wait for 30 seconds after the system will automatically enter the finishing mode to automatically sort the remaining material into the material trough.
8. Before running the equipment each time, the battery on the sorting manipulator should be emptied, press the system reset button to make the equipment enter the initial state, and then press the run button.
9. Ensure that the positive and negative poles of the battery to be sorted are clean, and at the same time avoid dust and other debris pollution of the detection probe to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data.
10. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, it is recommended to clean the probe with alcohol every 4 hours under normal production conditions, and replace the probe once a month.
11. In order to ensure the high-precision measurement of the tester, please zero calibration the tester regularly.
