The test items include: battery charging protection voltage, discharging protection voltage, capacity, etc. It has 4 test steps of charging, discharging, testing and cycling. By editing the planned steps, the battery can be tested according to the set process.

1. How to get technical support after purchasing?
A: Our R&D system is based on integrated development view. When you get the machine, just need to connect it with the electrical power, then machine can be working. Because the English software were install in this machine. What you need to do is only learning the software usage, and the complete English user manual will be coming to you with the machine.

2. What certificates do you have?
A: Since Europe and America are our main markets, all of our products are with CE/FCC compliant. For some models, the certificates are already available. For other models, we will need your assistance to apply the certificates.

3. What's the warranty for the items?
