The ACEY-BCT560-64 Battery Charge Discharge Machine is designed for lithium-ion battery cell formation, capacity testing, cycle life evaluation and cell sorting applications. Equipped with 64 independent testing channels, the system allows simultaneous charging and discharging of multiple cells while ensuring highly accurate measurement and reliable performance.
The machine adopts advanced energy feedback technology that recovers discharge energy back to the power grid, significantly reducing electricity consumption and operating costs. It is suitable for battery manufacturers, EV battery pack producers, energy storage system manufacturers and research laboratories. Supporting prismatic cells, pouch cells and cylindrical cells, the tester provides flexible fixture customization according to customer battery dimensions.

Each battery is powered by an independent constant-current and constant-voltage source, ensuring stable operation without current impact.
The system features 64 independent testing channels for stable and accurate battery testing.
The equipment keyboard panel supports manual setup of test procedures, parameter display, and sorting operations.
Real-time monitoring and display of each individual battery's status is provided.
Abnormal channels will automatically stop, and an indicator light will illuminate for quick identification.
Power-off protection allows the equipment to resume the previous testing process after power is restored.
A graphical operation interface clearly shows battery voltage, current, time, capacity, working status, and abnormal conditions.
Powerful software with a user-friendly interface enables convenient operation and efficient data management.
A four-wire testing interface ensures high measurement accuracy.
Customized flat-head clamps are included, with optional alligator clips available for pouch cell testing.
