CCD vision detection equipment, in fact, means that through the machine vision product CCD image sensor will be taken into an image signal, transmitted to a dedicated image processing system, according to the distribution of pixels and brightness, color, and other information, a detection device that Converts Signals Into Digital Signals; an image system performs various operations on these signals to extract the characteristics of the target and then control the action of equipment in the field according to the results of discrimination. CCD vision detection equipment can replace the human eye to do measurement and judgment, is used in production, assembly or packaging of valuable equipment. It has higher efficiency and accuracy in detecting whether the batteries are correctly placed in series-parallel positive and negative electrodes and in detecting products with defects in spot welding.

Function of the device:

for the cylindrical cell(14430/14500/18500/18650/21700/26650/32650, etc.), the positive and negative electrode data are collected by camera, the number of positive and negative electrodes and the position information of positive and negative electrodes are compared with the sample, the result (NG or OK) is quickly analyzed, and the position of Ng is marked, in order to confirm the positive and negative electrodes of the battery before entering spot welding, and prevent the bad caused by the wrong position of the positive and negative electrodes.

Operation Procedure

1. Plug into a 220V 50Hz 0.6 kw power supply (110V custom)
2. Turn the main power switch clockwise and turn on the power.
3. Wait about 20 seconds, automatically go to the test page (figure 2 below) , click settings/(SET) , pop up the password dialog, click the soft keyboard, enter Password 1345678, click OK, close the soft keyboard, go to the settings/test page

   

Project Setup

1. Click to change the project name in Item 1 according to the battery model, Click on the file in the upper left corner of the display will jump out of the soft keyboard, after setting, close the soft keyboard
2. middle. The diameter shown in debugging should be close to the actual diameter of the cell. The reference value of 18650 cell is 20-25PX
3. NEGATIVE RADIUS: Green Circle is used in the test, with “One”in the middle. The diameter shown in the test should be close to the actual diameter of the cell. The reference value of 18650 cell is 30-45PX
4. Radius error: set when the positive or negative pole error, do automatic compensation, reference value 30.00-40.00%
5. Detection mode:

• No cover mode (the test cell combination is not covered with bracket)
• Compatibility mode (test cell combination with and without covered bracket)
• Upper cover mode (test cell combination without cover bracket)

6. Positive number: read automatically and can not be changed

7. Negative number: read automatically, can not be changed

8. Total number: the total number of current tests, cleared to zero

9. Ok Count: The number of OK’s for the current test, cleared to zero

10. Ng Count: The number of Ng currently under test, cleared to zero

11. Data acquisition gateway: mainly used for debugging camera parameters

• Click on the data acquisition gateway, the button is converted to data acquisition, access to the acquisition object settings
• Brightness Adjustment, will adjust the brightness adjustment screw anti-clockwise loose, you can adjust the brightness of the acquisition object adjustment, will be based on the acquisition of the color of the object to make appropriate adjustments, as far as possible, to adjust to the appropriate brightness, click on data acquisition, return to the data acquisition mode, and then click the template test, check whether the normal display of positive and negative core, debug to the best state, adjust the lock screw
• Focus Adjustment, will focus adjustment screw anti-clockwise loose, you can adjust the focus of the acquisition object adjustment, adjust the acquisition object image to the most clear position, Click data acquisition, return to the data acquisition switch mode, click on the template test, check whether the normal display of positive and negative batteries, debug to the best state, adjust the lock screw

12. Project Save: All modified data in debugging must click “Project save”to save, otherwise the settings are invalid

13. Delete items: delete items that have been saved in the database
