Products Description
The ACEY-GS200A automatic spot welder is developed for the welding stage of cylindrical lithium battery pack assembly. It performs series and parallel welding of cylindrical cells and is designed to create consistent electrical connections between cells and nickel strips. The machine uses a three-axis motion platform with servo-controlled positioning. The X, Y and Z axes can be programmed according to the battery pack layout, helping maintain accurate welding positions across different cell arrangements.
For production flexibility, the system supports AutoCAD data import, array programming and manual programming. Operators can configure welding paths and point positions according to different battery pack designs without changing the basic machine structure.
