Products Description
The ACEY-8000T gantry-type battery spot welding machine is designed for welding cylindrical and polymer battery cells to nickel-plated steel strips or pure nickel strips during battery pack assembly. It supports a variety of battery cell formats such as 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650, 32700, 32140, and 33140, configured in series or parallel. The machine is widely used in the assembly of battery packs for applications including power tools, energy storage systems, electric bicycles, solar street lights, and consumer lithium-ion batteries.
