The ACEY-HLW Series is a multifunctional handheld fiber laser welding machine developed for metal fabrication, equipment manufacturing, automotive components, stainless steel products, and new energy applications. Instead of using separate machines for different processing operations, the system combines several laser functions into one platform. Operators can switch between welding, weld seam cleaning, cutting, surface cleaning, and energy storage welding according to the processing requirement.

The available 1500W, 2000W, 3000W, and 6000W laser power options allow users to select a suitable configuration based on material type, thickness, welding speed, and production requirements.

Compared with conventional welding processes, laser welding offers concentrated heat input, a relatively small heat-affected area, lower thermal deformation, and a cleaner weld appearance.
