The ACEY-WM-P Semi-Automatic Battery Winding Machine is a laboratory-scale equipment designed for lithium-ion battery research and small-batch pouch cell fabrication.
Pouch Cell Winding Machine is suitable for winding of super capacitors, cylindrical batteries, soft-packaged lithium battery pole pieces, and winding the positive and negative electrodes and separators into batteries.
With adjustable tension control, bidirectional rotation and interchangeable winding mandrels, the machine provides high flexibility for different electrode sizes and experimental battery designs. It is widely used in university laboratories, R&D institutions and pilot production lines.
