Product Description
ACEY-BCT530-128P lithium battery capacity tester is designed to measure the charge and discharge performance of rechargeable battery cells under controlled test conditions. It is suitable for lithium-ion prismatic cells and polymer batteries used in battery development, quality inspection, sample verification, and production testing.
The system provides independent control for each test channel, allowing multiple battery cells to be tested simultaneously. During a test cycle, the equipment can control charging and discharging parameters while recording voltage, current, time, and capacity data.
With a maximum configuration of 128 channels, 5V voltage range, and 30A charge/discharge current, the tester can be used for both laboratory testing and higher-volume battery quality control. Alligator clips are available as an optional connection method for applications requiring flexible battery connection.
