Warnings

1. For safety reasons, the processing of toxic or explosive substances should only be conducted with appropriate safety controls and supervision in place. It is strongly recommended to operate the furnace within a fume hood for enhanced protection.

2. Minor surface cracks may develop in the refractory ceramic lining over time as a result of repeated thermal cycling. This is considered normal and does not affect performance; such cracks can be effectively repaired using high-temperature alumina coating.

3. Samples must always be placed in a suitable crucible during heating. Direct contact between samples and the furnace chamber floor is strictly prohibited to prevent contamination and damage.
