Products Description
ACEY-LWM Automatic Fiber Laser Welding Machine is designed for high-precision welding in lithium battery pack manufacturing. Equipped with a high-performance fiber laser source, CNC motion control system and CCD monitoring module, the machine provides accurate and consistent welding for battery cells, tabs, busbars and electrical connections.
Compared with conventional resistance welding techniques, laser welding provides deeper penetration, a smaller heat-affected zone, reduced deformation, and better welding consistency. It is particularly well-suited for highly reflective battery materials such as aluminum, copper, and nickel.
