Fiber Laser Welding Machine

2000W Fiber laser welding machine is used for battery pack welding, the workbench configuration is mainly composed of a laser generator, an automatic motion mechanical structure and an electrical system. Laser welding is especially suitable for: aluminum busbars, copper connectors, nickel tabs, battery module structures.

The system employs a fiber laser, which offers advantages such as no need for adjustment, maintenance-free operation, and high stability-benefits that stem from the absence of optical components within its resonant cavity. Additionally, fiber optic delivery enables the laser to easily perform a variety of multi-dimensional and arbitrarily oriented spatial processing tasks, simplifying the design of mechanical systems. With a high electro-optical conversion efficiency reaching 20% or more, the laser significantly reduces power consumption during operation and lowers operating costs.

1. The ambient temperature is required to be between 15-35°C, preferably 25±1°C, and air conditioning is required if necessary;

2. Environmental humidity: The humidity requirement is 40%-60%. Without condensation, a dehumidifier should be installed;

3. Power supply grid requirements: 380V;
