Products Description
ACEY-SS11 Automatic Battery Insulation Paper Sticking and Sorting Machine is an integrated solution for cylindrical lithium-ion battery cell preparation and classification. It combines insulation paper application with electrical performance sorting in one production system, helping battery pack manufacturers reduce manual handling and improve production efficiency.
The machine is designed for cylindrical battery cells such as 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650 and 32700. Before sorting, the equipment automatically applies highland barley paper or PVC insulation material to the designated battery terminal. The cells are then tested for voltage and AC internal resistance and automatically distributed into preset sorting groups. By integrating two commonly used processes into one machine, the system simplifies material transfer between insulation paper sticking and battery sorting. Sorting parameters can also be configured according to different battery pack assembly requirements.

- PLC and Touchscreen Control – Uses PLC control, servo drive and a touchscreen interface for convenient operation and parameter adjustment.
