Prismatic Battery Module Stacking Pressing&Compression Machine

The ACEY-SP1200 serves as a stacking, extruding and bundling machine dedicated to prismatic lithium battery cells, which is applicable for stacking, extruding into shape and bundling prismatic lithium batteries.

It adopts a servo motor, screw module and planetary reducer for the stacking and extruding operation, and is controlled by a pressure controller. With an extrusion stacking thrust of more than 500KG, it is easy to operate, allowing real-time control of the stacking and extruding stroke as well as the stacking pressure. It is equipped with triple protection functions including software limitation, hardware limitation and pressure limitation, which can avoid over-extruding the batteries and ensure high controllability in extrusion precision.

• A 7-inch touch screen combined with PLC control is adopted, making the operation process simple and convenient.
• It is compatible with battery cells of various sizes; different parameters can be edited and set, enabling easy and quick product type switching.
• A built-in high-precision pressure sensor ensures that the pressure accuracy is controlled within 0.1KG.
