Manual Lithium Battery Sorter Cell Sorting Machine for Prismatic&Cylindrical Cell
Product Description
ACEY-MS01 this battery sorting machine is designed for manual loading of prismatic or cylindrical lithium batteries into the test position. After the operator presses the compression start button, the test cylinder descends to clamp the battery. An internal resistance tester then measures and records the internal resistance (IR) and open-circuit voltage (OCV), with the grading result displayed on the screen. Upon test completion, the test cylinder rises to release the battery, allowing the operator to remove it.

- Compatible battery types: Prismatic lithium batteries and cylindrical lithium batteries; compatible module dimensions: Length 80–300mm, Width 10–100mm, Height 80–300mm.
- Testing method: The test cylinder presses down/clamps manually, while the internal resistance tester automatically collects and records internal resistance and internal pressure data; the display shows test settings in real time.
- Equipment control method: PC control; eight adjustable channel settings for better cost-effectiveness and flexible configuration.
- Safety design: Two-hand start system to prevent misoperation; automatic clamping and releasing of the test cylinder to minimize manual intervention risks.
