Product Description
ACEY-PSLC10 The automatic prismatic battery sorting machine is suitable for sorting and assembling testing of prismatic batteries, while also performing laser cleaning before laser welding. The machine uses belt-driven feeding, making battery changeover simple. It can analyze and save test data of the prismatic batteries, accurately rejecting defective batteries, and collecting qualified batteries into receiving slots through sorting and matching. It is easy for operators to manage.
Application
Voltage and internal resistance tests were performed on the prismatic cells, and they were grouped. Simultaneously, the battery terminals were laser-cleaned.
