The ACEY-PCT501-512 pouch cell grading machine employs a master-slave control architecture based on a computer-microcontroller configuration, combining advanced engineering, operational stability, user-friendly controls, and high-efficiency testing. In this setup, the computer communicates with the hardware to send instructions and collect data, while a local keyboard enables manual operation, parameter adjustment, and real‑time status monitoring. A dedicated CPU-driven constant current board delivers precise constant current and constant voltage control. Recognized for its outstanding cost‑performance ratio, the system serves as an essential testing and production asset for lithium‑ion battery manufacturers, capacity grading facilities, and R&D institutions.
Features
- Each battery channel is equipped with an independent constant-current and constant-voltage source, ensuring stable operation without impact.
- The equipment is controlled by an AVR microcontroller and connected to a computer for operation. All test data and curves can be saved, or tests can be performed directly through the device's keyboard panel by setting up the process and executing sorting.
- The system continuously monitors and displays the status of each battery. If an abnormal condition occurs, the corresponding channel will stop automatically and the indicator light will turn on.
- It features power-off protection; the system can resume the previous test process automatically when power is restored.
- Power components use MOSFETs, suitable for batteries with lower discharge voltage, such as LiFePO₄ batteries.
- The system adopts a graphical user interface for intuitive operation, displaying each battery's voltage, current, time, and capacity in real time, with color-coded indicators for different operating states and abnormal conditions.
- It is recommended to equip each computer with a UPS power supply to prevent data loss or computer damage during power outages. Each computer can connect up to 10 devices to ensure stable performance.
