Product Description
The ACEY-BCT560-64P is a 5V 60A 64-channel prismatic battery capacity tester designed for lithium-ion battery manufacturers, battery laboratories, and quality control applications. It performs programmable charge and discharge tests to measure battery voltage, current, capacity, and other performance parameters.
With 64 independently controlled test channels, the system can test multiple prismatic lithium-ion cells simultaneously. Each channel can be started, stopped, paused, continued, and protected independently, allowing different testing procedures to be configured according to battery specifications.
The battery capacity tester supports constant-current (CC), constant-voltage (CV), and CC-CV charging, as well as constant-current, constant-power, and constant-resistance discharge modes. Test programs can be configured with up to 32 steps and 256 cycles, making the system suitable for battery capacity testing, charge-discharge performance evaluation, cycle testing, and cell grading.
