Product Description
ACEY-PVM-250ML vacuum mixing and dispersion equipment is an integrated high‑efficiency system designed for blending positive and negative electrode slurries, as well as mixing powdery materials and various ceramic compounds during battery research and development. As the stirring process is conducted under vacuum, it completely eliminates air bubbles, thereby improving material packing density and enhancing the structural uniformity of the resulting product.
Features
1. Vacuum operation effectively eliminates bubbles generated during mixing; the machine includes an integrated vacuum system.
2. The equipment is primarily equipped with dual‑shaft planetary stirring blades, with an optional single‑shaft blade configuration. Different stirring shaft types and combinations are selected based on tank size, enabling efficient upward/downward material turnover and rapid, uniform slurry blending.
3. Forward and reverse stirring capabilities allow high‑speed mixing of higher‑viscosity slurries with excellent homogeneity. A stepper motor with PLC‑based variable‑frequency speed control offers adjustable speed and torque for different processes and viscosities.
4. Multi‑stage speed operation is supported, with programmable speed and duration for each stage.
5. The machine frame is designed for ergonomic and safe operation during vacuum mixing.
6. An aesthetically refined housing employs three‑dimensional geometric styling for a clean, modern appearance.
