The 18650 lithium battery pack manufacturing process is mainly based on the battery pack structure. Most 18650 lithium battery pack manufacturing processes are similar, characterized by multiple parallel and series connections. 2. Prioritize operational safety, ensuring minimal risk of short circuits or adequate preventative measures during employee operation.

 

3. Adopt an equipment-based approach, meaning that tasks completed with the aid of auxiliary equipment should be automated to minimize manual labor, or at least semi-automated.

 

4. Packaging design should be reasonable, easy to handle and place, avoiding situations where products cannot be retrieved from the customer's premises after a considerable delay.

 

 

II. Process Quality Characteristics:

 

1. Use high-quality lithium batteries. Qualified and stable suppliers must provide high-performance individual cells. Individual cells must undergo a series of safety and performance tests before use.

 

2. Low and consistent internal resistance is required. Whether it's a 14.8V lithium battery pack or other energy storage battery packs, low internal resistance must ensure sufficient capacity, plateau, and heat dissipation for high-current discharge.

 

3. The battery structure employs a ventilation design, maintaining a minimum 2mm gap between adjacent batteries. This structure requires the use of plastic brackets to secure the batteries.

 

4. PACK battery manufacturers use slotted nickel sheets for spot welding. The nickel sheet dimensions meet the requirements of high-current discharge, the nickel sheet material ensures low internal resistance, the spot welding machine ensures stable operation, and the welding needles ensure quality. Operators are trained and qualified before operating the equipment. After spot welding, the weld joints are inspected for strength. Vibration tests are also conducted on each batch of products to verify vibration resistance.
