Product Description
ACEY-UWM-20-6500 ultrasonic wire welding machine is designed for joining conductive wires and metal strips in battery module assembly and industrial wire harness manufacturing. It uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibration combined with controlled pressure to create solid-state metal joints without conventional soldering.
For lithium battery applications, this machine is configured for welding copper wires to nickel-plated copper strips. Typical applications include main module connection wires and cell connection system (CCS) wiring. The welding tooling and process parameters can be selected according to the wire size, material combination and required joint dimensions.
Operating at 20 kHz with a rated power of 6500 W, the system features a DSP circuit, ICS digital control, a pneumatic welding head and a 7-inch touchscreen.
