The ACEY-USW-1 ultrasonic metal spot welder is developed for precision joining of nickel, aluminum and copper battery tabs in lithium battery manufacturing. Using high-frequency ultrasonic vibration instead of conventional resistance heating, the machine forms strong solid-state welds with minimal thermal impact on the materials.
Its compact structure, automatic frequency tracking and pneumatic pressure control ensure consistent welding quality while reducing oxidation, deformation and electrical resistance.
