ACEY-AS11S automatic battery sorting machine tests and groups 14650, 18650, 21700, 26650 and 32700 cylindrical cells at approximately 3,200 cells per hour. It is designed to classify cylindrical lithium-ion cells before battery pack assembly. It measures cell voltage and AC internal resistance, then automatically distributes cells into different matching groups according to preset grading criteria.
By grouping cells with similar electrical characteristics, manufacturers can improve cell matching consistency and reduce manual sorting errors during battery pack production. The 11-channel configuration includes 10 sorting and matching channels and one channel for unqualified cells, making it suitable for battery manufacturers that require organized, repeatable cell grading.
