Product Description
The ACEY-BCT530-128P-25C thermostatic prismatic battery charge/discharge test system is designed to evaluate battery capacity, cycle life, internal resistance, energy density, temperature characteristics, and other key parameters, enabling comprehensive performance and reliability assessment. This test cabinet incorporates energy-saving technology that recovers energy discharged from the battery and feeds it back to the grid, resulting in an efficient, reliable, and energy-conscious testing process.
Features
1. The system features an enclosed thermostatic design, maintaining a uniform internal temperature of 25°C with a variation of ±2°C.
2. The cabinet integrates front and rear sections: the front houses the fixture and temperature control unit, while the side compartment contains the power supply module, facilitating straightforward maintenance access.
3. The setup employs self-contained cabinet units, each providing 64 test channels arranged across 4 layers with 16 cells per layer. The complete system comprises a total of 128 channels.
4. Each test point operates with its own dedicated constant current and constant voltage source, ensuring stable, interference-free performance. Functions include start, stop, pause, resume, and protection.
5. The equipment delivers a measurement accuracy of 0.05%, records data at 1-second intervals, and operates with high reliability.
6. A four-wire Kelvin connection is utilized to ensure high precision in voltage and current measurements.
7. Built on a modular architecture, the system allows for easy maintenance, servicing, and component replacement.

Working Principle
1. The equipment is controlled by computer connection.
The system enables instruction transmission and data collection, while also supporting manual parameter display and keyboard operation. The constant-current board, controlled by the CPU, provides both constant-current and constant-voltage functionality. During battery charging, the bidirectional power supply converts AC power into 12V DC, which is then regulated and monitored by the constant-current board to execute controlled charging. During discharge, the process operates in reverse: the constant-current board first boosts the battery voltage to 12V, and the bidirectional power supply subsequently converts this DC power back into AC, which is fed into the factory's AC distribution network to achieve energy recovery from battery discharge.
2. Energy saving effect is remarkable
The actual measurement shows that the power consumption of the device is reduced by more than 40% compared with the traditional equipment, the comprehensive power saving rate is more than 60%, and the power consumption is saved by more than 60%, which saves a lot of costs for battery manufacturers.
