Products Description

 

ACEY-BCT520-160H cylindrical battery charge discharge test system is a kind of equipment with customized clamps used to test the capacity of Li-ion batteries. It can simulate various working states of lithium battery during charging and discharging, and test and evaluate the electrical performance of the battery.

 

System Features:
■ The single point is independent, and the charging and discharging steps can be set independently for each battery test channel.
■ The accuracy of the equipment is 0. 05%,the data recording time is 1s / time, and with high stability.

Equipment Structure:

System Principle

1. The equipment is controlled by computer connection.

Sending instruction and collecting data, etc; Parameters and keyhoard can be displayed manually. The constant currcnt plate is ordered by CPU and has the function of constant current and constant voltage. When the battery is charged, the two way power supply converts the alternating current into 14V DC, and the charging control and detection of the battery are realized through the constant current board. When the battery is discharged, the process is opposite to charging, Firstly, the battery voltage is raised to 15V by constant current plate, and then the direct current is converted into alternating current by two-way power supply, which is fed into the AC distribution network of the factory, so as to realize the energy feedback of battery discharge energy.

2. Energy saving effect is remarkable: the actual measurement shows that the pover consumption of the device is reduced by more than 40% compared with the traditional equipment, the comprehensive power saving rate is more than 60%, and the power consumption is saved by more than 60%, which saves a lot of costs for battery manufacturers.
