Automatic 18650 Cylindrical Battery PVC PE Film Stripping Removing Machine

ACEY-ASM18650 automated sleeve‑film stripping machine is specifically designed to remove PE/PVC films from 18650 battery cells. It incorporates a rotating hopper for automatic feeding and a conveyor belt for discharge. The fully automated process includes hopper unloading, cell alignment, film peeling, waste collection, and battery discharge-only the final placement into packaging boxes is performed manually. A servo motor at the core ensures precise control of cell rotation and positioning. Thermal radiation is applied to soften and detach the film, while pneumatic grippers collect waste from both ends of the cells for centralized processing in a dedicated, environmentally‑compliant recycling system. Processed cells are automatically conveyed out via belt discharge.
