Ultrasonic Wire Bonding Machine

ACEY-3753A automatic ultrasonic aluminum wire bonding machine is designed for high-precision interconnection welding of lithium battery modules, power batteries, and electronic power devices.The equipment adopts: ultrasonic welding technology, rotary bonding head structure,  automatic image recognition positioning, closed-loop motion control system to achieve stable and highly reliable aluminum wire bonding performance.

1. At the front-end station, manual loading is performed, followed by automatic identification, positioning, and bonding. Unloading is then carried out manually at the back-end station after the workpiece flows in.

2. This assembly machine is specifically designed for the bonding production of customer-specified battery products and is not a universal piece of equipment.

3. Adapting the machine for other product types requires modifications based on actual conditions.

4. The machine's main components include the frame assembly, XYZC feeding assembly, automatic feeding mechanism, wire feeding mechanism, jig positioning and pressing assembly, welding head mechanism, and console.

5. The X, Y, Z modules are driven by precision ball screws, achieving a distance repeatability positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm and an angular positioning accuracy of ±1°.

6. An industrial computer combined with a motion control card governs the operation of the servo motors in the control system.

7. The equipment features user-friendly operation and maintenance, a clear control interface, and digital parameter settings, offering good flexibility.

8. With quick-clamp clamping and one-button startup, material discharge by personnel is both easy and safe.

9. The machine supports left-in and right-out for inline multi-section track transmission, allowing direct connection to a production line.
