Laboratory Digital Rotational Viscometer With Touch Screen

Laboratory Digital Display Viscometer is a precision instrument designed to measure the viscosity of both Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids. It delivers accurate and repeatable viscosity analysis for research laboratories, universities, battery manufacturers, and industrial quality control departments.

Employing advanced microprocessor control technology and a high-precision torque sensing system, the instrument automatically calculates viscosity values and displays real-time test data on a clear digital screen. This viscometer is well-suited for applications involving battery slurry, coatings, adhesives, paints, inks, chemicals, food products, and pharmaceutical materials.

1. NDJ series digital viscometer, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed through a variable speed. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will generate a viscosity torque acting on the rotor. The greater the viscosity of the liquid, the greater the viscous moment; conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the viscous moment. The viscous torque acting on the rotor is detected and picked up by the sensor, and the viscosity of the measured liquid is obtained after computer processing.

This instrument has the characteristics of high measurement sensitivity, good anti-interference performance, wide working voltage (110V-240V, 50HZ-60HZ-12V), reliable test results, convenient use and operation, and beautiful appearance. It is used to measure Newtonian liquids. The instrument of absolute viscosity and apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids can be widely used in the measurement of the viscosity of various objects such as grease, paint, plastics, drugs, accessories, coatings and detergents.

3. The display clearly shows the rotor number, speed, viscosity value of the measured liquid and its full percentage value during measurement.

5. NDJ-5S has 4 speeds (6, 12, 30, 60 rpm) and 16 combinations, which can measure the viscosity of various liquids within the measurement range.
