Products Description
The ACEY-3753A automatic wire bonding machine is a high-precision welding system engineered for the assembly of power batteries, energy storage batteries, and various lithium‑ion battery modules. It is primarily used to create reliable connections between aluminum busbars and battery tabs.
Advantages
1. The process begins with manual loading at the front station, followed by automatic recognition and positioning, automated bonding, and manual unloading at the downstream station.
2. This assembly system is custom-built for bonding customer-specific battery products and is not a general-purpose machine.

4. The machine structure comprises a frame assembly, XYZC feeding mechanism, automatic feeding unit, wire supply system, fixture positioning and clamping module, welding head assembly, and an operator console.
5. The X, Y, and Z axes are driven by precision ball screws, achieving repeat positioning accuracy within ±0.02 mm and angular positioning accuracy within ±1°.
6. An industrial computer combined with a motion control card drives the dedicated servo motors, offering user-friendly operation, simplified maintenance, an intuitive interface, and digitally adjustable parameters for enhanced flexibility.
7. Automatic welding pressure control and high-power ultrasonic output ensure consistently stable and reliable welding quality.
8. Dual-point welding capability (first and second weld) significantly lowers joint resistance and enhances reliability in large-area power component bonding.
9. Quick-release clamps and one-button start allow for safe and efficient manual material handling by operators.
10. Designed with left-in, right-out material flow, the system can be integrated into multi‑station conveyor lines for direct connection to production processes.
