The ACEY-3753A Heavy Wire Wedge Bonder is an automatic ultrasonic bonding system developed for high-current lithium battery modules. It is engineered to create robust aluminum wire connections between battery tabs, busbars and electrical terminals, ensuring low electrical resistance and long-term connection reliability.
Equipped with precision servo motion control, industrial vision positioning and programmable ultrasonic parameters, the machine delivers highly consistent bonding quality for large-format battery modules. It is widely used in the production of electric vehicle batteries, energy storage systems, commercial vehicle battery packs and other high-power lithium battery applications.
