• CCCV charge: CC charge transfer to CV charge smoothly, without any impact, which can avoid the micro-shot circuit due to high temperature of peak current impact or to avoid PCB protection or second protection action caused by over-charging.
• Current and voltage sampling is of high stability and accuracy: this equipment applied 16bit bipolar ADC/DAC unit, to ensure voltage sampling high accuracy and long-term stability.
• DL dynamic load protection function: effectively protect the battery during charging and discharging, prevent the battery from sparking and effectively avoid the current shock caused by the loose connector, and effectively protect the electronic components of the battery from being damaged by the impulse current, such as MOSFET, FUSE.
• Voltage clamp function: when battery does protect action through charging process, voltage clamp to pre-set voltage can protect battery or PCB from damage.
• ECD & EVD protection: it can avoid and select the battery that causes active protection and stops charging or discharging in advance due to unqualified conditions.
• The software has rich functions, integrating functions such as "working condition simulation test", "charge and discharge test", and cooperating with a professional data analysis software platform, it can assist in the research and development of test links to quickly analyze data. Working condition simulation test supports the import of working condition files (Excel format, time current, time power mode) to realize millisecond test verification.
• Support the third-party equipment control, control the temperature box and other equipment during the test, and save the relevant tests together to meet the battery test requirements (Optional, the third party provides the relevant protocols)
• Capacity calibration function: specify the discharge capacity of a step test as the benchmark for various cycle tests.
• Support RSOC capacity recharge test: specify the charge / discharge capacity of the previous cycle test as the benchmark (or the cumulative capacity of the previous steps), and set it with the capacity judgment conditions of the next step.
• Cumulative capacity SOC function (AH calculator): calculate the current cumulative capacity in real time according to the preset cell capacity as the judgment condition of the work step.
• Single channel automatic export Excel data table: you can define the relevant time node/export path, and automatically export the corresponding channel Excel file.
• Data statistics function: including online data statistics and historical data statistics.
