Product Description
The ACEY-SSM-C Laboratory Electrode Stacking Machine is developed for precision assembly of laminated lithium-ion pouch cells. It automatically aligns and stacks cathode electrodes, anode electrodes and separator films into a highly consistent Z-fold structure, significantly improving assembly accuracy compared with manual stacking.
Designed for battery research laboratories, universities and pilot production facilities, the machine combines servo positioning, automatic separator tension control and programmable stacking parameters to ensure excellent repeatability across different cell formats.
What is Z-Fold Electrode Stacking?
Z-fold stacking is a pouch cell assembly process in which cathode electrodes, anode electrodes and separator film are alternately laminated to create a layered cell structure.
